This customer-facing role ensures accurate and efficient day-to-day operations while managing resources for long-term projects. Essential duties include employee training, quality assurance, mentoring, and troubleshooting, emphasizing collaboration to resolve issues quickly.

Project Management
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources. Break down tasks, assign roles, and establish milestones.
  • Lead and coordinate the project team, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities while maintaining communication with stakeholders and managing changes to the project scope.
  • Track project progress using regular updates and performance metrics. Identify risks or issues and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Monitor project budgets, ensure alignment with financial forecasts, and make adjustments to address any variances.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the project team and stakeholders, informing all parties of progress, changes, and potential impacts.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to handle unforeseen challenges.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and fulfill stakeholder expectations.
Team Management
  • Manage resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring optimal use to meet production or service goals.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, implement necessary quality control measures, and address any issues.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by addressing service delivery concerns and implementing improvements based on feedback.
  • Provide strategic insights into operational capabilities and limitations to align operational goals with broader organizational objectives.
  • Support and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and motivation necessary for success.
Sales Support
  • Assist the Sales team as needed, providing product demonstrations of MuniCMS, keeping demo sites up to date, and offering suggestions for improvements.
  • Leverage product knowledge to facilitate sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Educate customers about product features and benefits.
  • Aid Sales in building strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in HTML and content management systems (experience with Umbraco is a plus).
  • General understanding of website development and functionality.
  • Familiarity with modern office practices and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Teamwork Project Management Software is desirable but not mandatory
  • Competency in using computers, including MS Office, for reporting, spreadsheets, and database management.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with co-workers, supervisors, and clients.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and workloads.
  • Strong clerical skills for maintaining records and preparing accurate reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to follow up with customers promptly and build ongoing, trusting relationships.
  • Proactive in identifying customer solutions and thinking creatively to solve problems.
  • Regular ability to read screens, documents, and reports with clarity and attention to detail.
  • Hearing capabilities to comprehend instructions and communicate effectively.

  • Ability to exert effort over extended periods when necessary.
  • Remote Work: 100% remote role requiring reliable high-speed internet and electrical power. Core hours are 8 am to 5 pm ET, with 24/7 availability for urgent support and occasional weekend hours.
